TERMS OF USE
A clear agreement for a family-managed service.
These Terms govern adult accounts, authorized family access, household content, and use of Forge Family.
Effective July 29, 2026
Adult accounts and authority
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You represent that you are authorized to create the household, add the child profiles and information you submit, and invite other adults. Children may use only a profile and personal PIN made available by an authorized adult.
Your household and credentials
You are responsible for your account email, password, personal PIN, child PINs, invitations, and authorized devices. Do not give adult credentials to someone who should not receive adult access. Contact Support promptly if credentials or household information may have been exposed.
Your content
You retain responsibility for names, photos, notes, schedules, and other content you add. You grant Forge Family permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and support the service. Do not upload unlawful content or information you are not authorized to manage.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, probe another household, interfere with service operation, automate abusive requests, or use Forge Family to harass, exploit, or endanger another person. We may restrict access when necessary to protect families or the service.
Family decisions remain yours
Forge Family organizes information and family routines. It does not provide legal, custody, medical, financial, educational, or mental health advice, and it does not replace a court order or agreement between adults. Adults remain responsible for family decisions and verifying schedules and records.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Forge Family reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend or discontinue access when reasonably necessary and will preserve export or deletion options when practicable.
Deletion and termination
The household owner may permanently delete the family and owner account. Linked adults then lose access to that household but may keep their separate account. We may terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Forge Family is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Forge Family is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These limitations do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions or formal notices may be submitted through the Support page.
